About Shape Match
Shape Match is a free online shape sorter, like the classic wooden toy. A smiling shape floats down on a little balloon, and three holes wait on the shelf below. Tap the hole with the same shape and watch it pop right in!
How to play
- Look at the shape coming down. Its name is shown above it and the game says it out loud.
- Tap the hole on the shelf with the same shape.
- You have 3 lives. Tapping the wrong hole, or letting the shape reach the shelf, costs one.
Shapes to learn
It starts with four easy shapes: circle, square, triangle and star. As your child plays, the heart, diamond, moon and hexagon join in, and the shapes float down a little faster.
Shape sorting builds early math and visual skills. This version is free, works on any phone, tablet or computer, and needs no sign-up or download.
