About Zombie Popper
Zombie Popper is a free online arcade shooting game made for kids. Silly green zombies shuffle in from every side of the park, and your job is to pop them before they reach you. There is no blood or scary stuff. When a zombie is hit it bursts into stars and green slime puffs, and a friendly "You got caught!" screen appears if one gets too close.
Every zombie you pop drops coins. Between waves you visit the shop to buy new blasters and upgrades, so the game gets more exciting the longer you play.
How to play
- Aim: move the mouse, or touch the screen on a phone or tablet.
- Shoot: click or hold the mouse button. On a phone, hold your finger down.
- Pause: press Space on a keyboard, or tap the pause button.
- Switch blasters: press keys 1 to 5 for any blaster you own.
Blasters you can unlock
- Pea Shooter: your starting blaster, one pea at a time.
- Double Blaster: two shots side by side.
- Spread Gun: three shots in a fan, great for crowds.
- Laser Beam: hold for a beam that zaps through every zombie in a line.
- Rapid Laser: super fast pulses that pass through zombies and bounce off the walls.
Tips
- Runners appear from wave 3. They are small and fast, so pop them first.
- A big Boss Zombie with a crown arrives every fifth wave. Save coins for the Spread Gun before wave 5.
- The Bubble Shield blocks one zombie hug and pushes the whole crowd back.
Is Zombie Popper safe for kids?
Yes. It is a cartoon game with no blood, no chat, no sign-up and no in-game purchases. It works in any modern browser on computers, tablets and phones, with nothing to download.
