About Laser Blaster
Laser Blaster is a free online laser shooting game for kids and teens. You're a space ranger holding a big, chunky sci-fi laser gun, and waves of cartoon robots, slime aliens and flying saucers are coming down toward your shield. Fire your glowing red laser and smash them into pieces! The walls are mirrors, so every shot bounces, and you can hit enemies around corners with trick shots.
How to play
- Aim by moving your finger or mouse. Hold to keep firing. On a keyboard, use the left and right arrow keys to aim and Space to fire.
- The laser bounces off the mirror walls. Use bank shots to hit enemies at the sides of the screen.
- Don't let enemies reach the blue shield line. The shield also stops your own laser, so you can never hit yourself.
- Flying saucers shoot green plasma balls at you. Shoot them down before they reach you.
- You have 3 lives, and you win one back every 3 stages.
Your gun upgrades itself
There are no coins and no shop. Every stage you clear makes your gun stronger automatically, from the Blaster Mk1 to the Bounce Blaster, Twin Laser, Tri-Laser Cannon, Mega Ray and finally the mighty Omega Cannon with five bouncing beams. Better guns fire faster, bounce more times and hit harder. Every fifth stage a giant mothership boss appears with its own health bar.
Enemies to smash
Green slime blobs, zig-zagging robots, purple splitters that break into two minis, armored tank bots and plasma-shooting saucers. There's no blood or gore: enemies just break into colorful pieces. It's easy to start for younger kids, and the later stages are a real challenge for older kids and teens aged 8 to 16.
