About Archery
Archery is a free online bow and arrow game for kids. A friendly archer stands in a sunny field with a target in the distance. Pull back the bowstring, aim, and let the arrow fly in a curve through the air. Hit the yellow middle for 10 points and a "Bullseye!" cheer. It is a sport game, not a fighting game: you only ever shoot at targets and balloons.
How to play
- Drag back away from the target to pull the bow. Pull further for more power.
- The dotted line shows where the arrow will start to fly. Aim a little high, because arrows drop as they fly.
- Let go to shoot. The rings are worth 10, 8, 6, 4 and 2 points.
- Pop the balloons on the way for 3 bonus points.
- A miss costs one of your 3 lives. Every third bullseye wins a life back.
Gets harder as you go
The first targets are big, close and still. Later the target moves up and down, gets smaller and farther away, the aiming line gets shorter, and wind starts to push your arrows. It is a fun way for older kids to learn about angles, power and the curve of a throw.
Free to play on phones, tablets and computers. No download, no sign-up.
